Start with the Garment and Packing Process
Record the folded dimensions, garment mass, fabric and decoration risks, required visibility, packing method, opening cycle and transit conditions. These inputs determine what should be reviewed for film stiffness, clarity, thickness, closure and seal layout.
If restricted substances, recycled content, warning labels or other market requirements apply, name the destination market and required evidence in the RFQ. Raw-material certificates do not by themselves prove that a finished bag meets a product- or market-specific requirement.
What the Written Review Should Confirm
Construction and dimensions — Bag style, opening, fold allowance, width, length and thickness basis, including tolerances.
Material and performance — The PE resin or blend, clarity, stiffness, seal and handling requirements for the agreed use.
Printing and labels — Final artwork, color count, print area, warning text, barcode and approved proof.
Commercial terms — Quantity per specification, packing, Incoterm, destination, quotation validity and separate production and logistics schedules.
Samples and evidence — Sample type, representativeness, charges and courier terms, plus the measurements and records required before release.
Packaging Challenges in Apparel & Textiles
A useful specification separates product presentation from measurable protection. Define the garment condition before packing, acceptable moisture or dust exposure, required visibility, packing-line method, inspection access and the evidence used to release a batch.
Compare Bag Types Against the Same Requirement
Flat, zip lock and self-adhesive bags solve different workflow questions. Compare them using the same folded garment, packing method, opening cycle, film specification, printing and packing quantity. No construction is automatically the lowest-cost or best option without that common basis.

Packing and release: pieces per inner and carton, carton limits, sample path, inspection method and acceptance evidence.
