Please provide the bag construction, finished dimensions, whether thickness is per wall or total, material or performance requirement, quantity for each size, artwork and printing details, packing, destination and requested Incoterm. The written quotation will state the price unit, tooling or setup assumptions, sample terms, packing, production and logistics schedules, validity and exclusions.

Payment channel, schedule, bank details and any credit or letter-of-credit conditions are confirmed only in the approved written quotation. Tell us if your company has a required payment process so it can be reviewed before the quotation is accepted.

We do not publish a price that automatically includes or excludes freight. The written quotation identifies the Incoterm, named place or port, packing basis and the costs included. FOB China Main Ports can be quoted; other requested delivery terms are reviewed after destination, weight, volume and customs responsibilities are known.

Stock reference samples, custom samples, proofs and production-representative samples serve different purposes. Availability, representativeness, charges, courier cost, any credit against an order and timing are confirmed for the specific project before dispatch.

Trial orders are reviewed per specification, but they are not automatic for every bag. Feasibility depends on construction, dimensions, thickness, material, printing, packing and current production plan. A sample or proof may be the better first step when the goal is to verify a critical feature.

Custom dimensions, gussets, thicknesses, colors and printing can be reviewed against the bag construction and current equipment capability. Send the finished width and length, gusset details, whether thickness is per wall or total, material, quantity, artwork, packing and any tolerance or performance requirement. The approved specification records what can be produced.

Send final artwork, color references, printing sides, coverage, bag construction and acceptance requirements. We then confirm the suitable printing process, plate or cylinder requirements, proofing path, charges, ownership and reuse terms in writing. A digital proof confirms content and layout; production color, registration and adhesion require agreed production checks.

Thickness cannot be selected from product weight alone. We review finished dimensions, product weight and shape, edges, loading method, seal design, handling, clarity or barrier needs, and whether thickness is stated per wall or total. Confirm the choice with a representative sample and agreed test or acceptance method before mass production.

We use virgin PE material and can review LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE or a suitable blend against the requested construction and performance. The approved specification should identify the resin or blend basis, thickness definition, color and any recycled-content requirement. Raw-material documents support the selected input but do not by themselves prove finished-bag performance or market compliance.

PE is a broad family that includes LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE with different stiffness, clarity, toughness and sealing behavior. PO and CPE descriptions can vary by market and supplier, so the commercial name alone is not enough to define a bag. We confirm the actual resin or blend, process, thickness definition and required performance in the written specification.

First tell us the product, material, intended use, target market and document or test your buyer requires. We will review what raw-material documents, finished-product testing or declarations may be applicable and quote any cost and timing before acceptance. Raw-material certificates are supporting evidence; they do not alone prove that the finished bag is FDA, food-contact, REACH, PPWR or otherwise market compliant.

Sample, production and shipping schedules are quoted separately after the specification, quantity, artwork, sample or proof status, packing, destination and current production plan are known. The approved quotation should state the scheduling assumptions and when the production clock starts. Carrier estimates are not a guaranteed delivery date.

Our factory is in Zhongshan, near Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Nansha port options. The actual routing and named port are selected for the shipment after packing, carrier schedule, destination and Incoterm are confirmed. Commercial documents should follow the approved quotation rather than assume a specific port.

Packing is customized per request. Options such as inner polybags, cartons, pallets, export marks or barcode labels must be written into the specification. The quotation should state what is included because packing affects carton count, weight, volume, protection and freight.

We were founded on 5 May 2014 in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. The current operating profile records a team of 10+ staff and a facility of about 300 m². Ask us for the current company and factory documents needed for supplier qualification.
