Order Terms

MOQ Requirements

Minimum order quantities vary by product type and customization. Trial orders start from 100–500 pcs, and larger volumes receive better unit pricing.

Production Lead Time

Standard production lead time is 7–12 days depending on customization, after artwork and specifications are confirmed.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed per order. A deposit is typically required to schedule production, with the balance settled before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Zhongshan, China via air or sea, with Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW) agreed per order.

Customs & Duties

Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We provide commercial invoices and packing lists to support customs clearance.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by customs, force majeure, or carrier disruptions are outside our control; we will keep you informed throughout.

We stand behind product quality. Defective products are covered under our warranty policy with replacement or refund according to the agreed terms.

PebagFactory is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the goods in question.
