📏 PE Bag 4-Parameter Calculator

Enter any 3 parameters — length, width, weight, or thickness — and we'll calculate the 4th. Density is fixed at 0.94 g/cm³ (standard LDPE).

🔬 Material Constant

⚖️
PE Density = 0.94 g/cm³ — Standard low-density polyethylene (LDPE). HDPE = 0.96 g/cm³ varies slightly but the calculator uses 0.94 for general PE bag estimation.

🧮 Bag Parameter Calculator

cm — bag flat length (open side to bottom)
cm — bag flat width (side to side)
grams — weight of one bag
μm (microns) — film thickness
🔬 Verification test: L=10 cm, W=10 cm, Weight=1.0 g → Thickness should be ≈106.4 μm

📐 Formula & How It Works

Core Formula:
Weight (g) = Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Thickness (cm) × Density (g/cm³)

Where:
Length × Width = bag flat area (single layer)
Thickness = film gauge (converted from μm to cm: ÷10,000)
Density = 0.94 g/cm³ (LDPE / LLDPE standard)
Weight = calculated mass of one bag

This is a single-layer flat bag model. For gusset bags or multi-layer structures, the actual weight may differ — use this as an estimation tool.
