We accept T/T (wire transfer) — most common for international orders (30% deposit, 70% before shipment); L/C (letter of credit) — for large orders with major banks; and Western Union — for sample fees and small orders. For established customers or repeat orders, we can discuss more flexible terms.

Yes — 100% of our PE bags are made-to-order. You can customize width (50-1200mm), length (50-2000mm), gusset width, thickness (0.01-0.20mm), color (Pantone matched), and printing. There are no standard sizes in our factory — every order is custom. Send us your exact specs for a quote.

We offer gravure (rotogravure) printing — high-definition results ideal for large and medium runs. We accept artwork in AI, PDF, and CDR formats. Pantone color matching is available upon request. Custom logo printing is available for all PE bag categories.

As a general guide: lightweight items (<100g) → 0.03mm; medium items (100-500g) → 0.05mm; heavy items (500g-1kg) → 0.08mm; industrial/parts → 0.10-0.15mm. For stretch wrap, standard thickness is 0.015-0.025mm. We recommend requesting a sample to test before full production.

We use 100% virgin PE material — LDPE, HDPE, and LLDPE — sourced from Sinopec and PetroChina. No regrind, consistent quality batch to batch. Here's a quick guide: LDPE — soft, flexible, high clarity (best for general merchandise); HDPE — stiffer, economical (best for apparel); LLDPE — good balance of strength and clarity (best for heavy-duty). We also offer PO and CPE upon request.

PE (polyethylene) is our standard material — good clarity, flexibility, and strength. PO is a polyethylene blend that offers better heat sealability and is often more economical for certain applications. CPE (cast polyethylene) uses a different manufacturing process that produces ultra-thin, high-clarity film with exceptional softness. All three are sub-types of our Flat Bag category. We can work with you to arrange the certifications your target market requires, such as FDA (US food contact), REACH (EU), or others. Since requirements vary by product type and destination country, the best approach is to let us know your specific needs and we'll advise on feasibility, cost, and lead time. Certifications are arranged through our raw material suppliers and testing labs on a per-order basis.

Typical timeline: Sample — 3-5 working days. Production — 15-20 working days after sample approval and deposit. Shipping depends on method: Sea freight (FOB): 15-25 days to destination port (most cost-effective). Air freight: 5-7 days. Express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3-5 days (best for samples).

Our factory is in Zhongshan, with easy access to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Nansha ports. This gives us flexible and cost-effective shipping options. Most orders ship FOB from one of these three ports.
